What the job was
This was a master bathroom demo done for a maintenance company. Dany posted the before and after on Instagram and Facebook in late January 2026, with the location tagged as Pembroke Pines.
Before the crew started, it was a working bathroom: a vanity with a big mirror, a tub, and a separate toilet room. You can see all three in the gallery below, pulled from Dany's own video of the day.
What the crew tore out
The work was non-structural tear-out. The crew took the vanity and mirror off the wall, opened up the tub wall and cleared out the toilet room. Every piece that came off went out of the house and onto the truck, so nothing was left sitting in the room.
Rapid Haul does tear-out and hauling, not structural work. When a bathroom job needs a permit, the GC or the property owner pulls it.
Why remodelers hand off the tear-out
Tear-out is heavy, dusty work, and the debris has to go somewhere. Handing it off means the crew shows up, takes out what you mark, loads it and hauls it, and your own people start on a clear room.
Dany prices from a photo or a quick look, and the price includes disposal, so there is no container to order and no pile left in the driveway. Jobs of $1,000 and over take a 50% deposit. Smaller jobs are paid after.
How it ended
The after shots show the vanity wall bare, the tub wall opened and the toilet room cleared, with nothing left in the room but the open walls. The slider below shows the toilet room from the same spot, before and after.
If you are a contractor or property manager with a bathroom to tear out, text Dany a photo of the room at (754) 249-1015. He sends back one flat price that covers the tear-out, the hauling and the disposal.
